History

Chuck Mound was given the gift of speed and power and continues to polish and pass this gift along to other athletes on all levels of competition. As a former Football and track athlete at Rutgers, Mound went on to set records as the All Time strongest and fastest player pound for Pound. With his dual degree in Exercise Science and Physical education, Mound took his practical and educational experiences and develop the Mound System, which has grown to over 3,500 drill and exercises/

The 6 leveled, 5 componet patented training system is the most advanced training system in the nation.

5 Components

There are 5 componts in the Mound System. Each component targets a specific area of training. Muscle Memory, Optomal Poer, Understanding Balance, Need for Speed and Developing Strength.

6 Levels of Achievement

There are 6 levels of Achievements in the Mound System. Everyone starts at level 1 and you must achieve a certain criteria in order to move up a level. This may inlclude passing written and practical tests with tracking MSP points.

Custom Playbook

Your Chuck Mound Performance Training Playbook is where you house all of your training drills and information. It is your toolbox where you keep your tools to hone your craft.

Training Class

A Chuck Mound Training class is divided into 4 quarters using 4 components from the Mound System. Each quarter typically targets a specific

Professional Coaching

Coaches are expeected to deleiver the training lessons at the highests levels. Coaches are expected to meet the 5 E's of the coaching system.

MSPs

You will be expected to meet the 5 P's of the training class. Earn system points and build your system credential/

Challenge Bell

TRAHAN BE

During the 2005 New York Giants training camp, Giants Captain Michael Strahan bet that "4.2" Chuck could not even run a 4.4 40 yard dash.
