MS 7000 Series - MASTERY COURSES - Chuck Mound Performance Training operates on an Academic Calendar with 4 Terms with 12 Weeks in each Term. You can Start your classes at anytime, though we recomend that you complete your testing first, then we can place you in the class the following week. We offer a variety a variety of classes to meet your sport specific needs. We recommend that you complete the testing and evaluation first to establish where you are now, where you want to be and to allow us to develop the best game plan to get you there.

TESTING & EVALUATION
The Testing & Evaluation will provide you with a personalized evaluation of where you are now, where you want to be and the best game plan to get you there. You will be tested and evaluated in 10 different performance training aspects and will get your own performance rating. Testing is on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 am. Learn more

Once you are in the Mastery Program, you can choose from anyone one of times listed below. Ideally you would like to be in the group that would be the best fit for you if it works with your schedule. The class times change each term.
Courses are typically once a week for 6 weeks and are $300 for Chuck Mound Training Card holders. |

Mastery Classes
There are over 17 mastery classes in the Mound System. Usually the first class is Speed Mechanics, this course will teach you how to run with proper technique. Not only will you improve physically, but you will improve mentally in your approach to training and how you take care of your biggest asset, your body. |
All Classes Are by Appointment. You will establish a base day and time for your Mastery Training Classes.

SPEED MECHANICS
The Speed Mechanics Courses is the first in the system. The goal is to teach you how to run with correct form. You will learn lessons in both Upper and Lower Body Speed Mechanics. You will learn specific drills to practice in order to create new muscle memory movement patterns.

FOOT SPEED
The Foot Speed course is the next progression in the system. The goal is to help you learn how to run on the balls of your feet and to help you improve your foot speed in smaller areas. |

LATERAL SPEED
The Mound System Lateral Speed Courses will improve your overall agility with your ability to move side to side. You will learn how to push of your in step and how to stay within your center of gravity to always put yourself in position to be successful in your sport. |

1st STEP QUICKNESS
One of the toughest mastery classes to learn because you need to start to develop new muscle memory patterns. You will learn how to punch and step out of your athletic stance. We will look to eliminate any hesitation and false steps. |

LOWER BODY POWER
Learn how to become a more explosive athlete. You will learn more advanced lower body plyometric drills that will help you become a more explosive athlete. |

UPPER BODY POWER
You develop fast hands with a explosive upper body power. You will work with the medicine ball to develop power in your upper body. The will begin to bridge the different components in the system. |

BALANCE
Your core strength is vital to your success, Learn how to direct and deliver your power and force specifically for your sport. |

COMBINE PREP
This is a Mound System specialty course. This will help you prepare for any football combine by learning how to start and finish in a 40 yard dash, pro agility and vertical and broad jumps. Just like any other test, you will learn how to master and take the combine tests. |

Strength Training Intro
The goal of the strength training intro is to teach you how to properly strength train with weights. This course includes coaching in upper body, lower body and supplemental strength movements. You will learn proper technique and get set weights. |
